At Trinity College London Press Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn apparel within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
